Nestled high in the Wasatch Mountains, the historic mining town of Park City, Utah is surrounded by a cultural of historic mining resemblance with a modern flare. This once-small mining town has been discovered by the world since the debut of the 2002 Olympics. Today the town is a small city with over 7,500 residences and over 600,000 tourists annually with its own public transportation system. Recently, Park City Public Works just took another step towards a “Green” initiative by implementing ONBOARD® ECVD Systems to a handful of their buses.
ONBOARD® provides a technology that allows for Diesel, Unleaded, and CNG engines to become more efficient. The results are increased fuel mileage, reduced oil consumption, reduced waste oil generation, all while providing lower maintenance costs.
